  • Evaluating and comparing existing company benefits against other employers; develop proposals for enhancements as necessary
  • Assessing company compliance with provisions of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Affordable Care Act (ADA)
  • Conducting employee open enrollment meetings and assisting with onsite benefits events for employees
  • Developing and conducting benefit plan training for HR team members
