Meet the Team

Principal/Owner

Cheryl D. Orr, IPMA-SCP

Has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources to include all areas of HR management and leadership, program development and management, strategic planning and teamwork.  She has worked collaboratively and effectively with a variety of agencies/businesses to provide quality HR services.  She is a principled leader who has an array of well-developed skills in the areas of effective oral and written communications, facilitation, problem solving, efficient management of public resources- budgeting/finance, supervision/management of personnel, a strong commitment to providing quality customer service and getting work done through others, while working collaborative with peers and colleagues.
