SERVICES

Insight Human Resources Partners (IHRP) provides attentive consultation and hands on HR services to business requiring full service Human Resources or supplemental HR offerings. IHRP provides all the HR Services you might need.  The services provided by IHRP include:

  • Solve your business' Human Resources issues through a comprehensive assessment and/or formal Audit. (We can look at one area or comprehensively review your company's HR practices)
  • Recommend best practices in the recruitment of talent. (Recommend partner for actual recruitment)
  • Ensure your company's practices are fully compliant with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. (Keeps your company out of big trouble!)
  • Write or update company policy manual. (Make sure you have a viable and legally sound policy and/or personnel manual)
  • Assess benefits offering and make recommendations. Often your most expensive employee benefit. Recommend partners for purchase of benefits
  • Determine updates to payroll process. (Headache of the worst kind, if not working properly) Recommend partners for payroll systems
  • Review and/or develop job descriptions and pay equity
  • Provide guidance on or manage employee relations issues. (People problems, moral busters)
  • Provide training on a variety of workplace subjects. (Efficient online or classroom presentations)
  • Develop workplace plans for a growing business. (How many employees and what type of skills will you need in the next five years to grow your business?)
  • Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations (e.e. sexual harassment, harassment, theft, etc.)
